Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use SJolt accounts, API keys, and generation services.
Last updated: July 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SJolt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use SJolt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service description
SJolt provides API aggregation, developer tooling, and account features for image and video generation models. Model availability, pricing, performance, output formats, and task limits may change as providers and product capabilities change.
3. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Requests made with your credentials may be treated as authorized activity on your account.
You should rotate or revoke API keys if they are exposed, unused, or no longer needed.
4. User content and outputs
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded files, reference media, generation requests, and how outputs are used. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and for the uses you make of generated results.
Generated results may vary and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use SJolt to violate laws, infringe rights, submit content you do not have permission to use, bypass safety or billing systems, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or interfere with other users.
6. Billing and balance
Paid usage, account balance, top-up flows, and task costs are governed by the prices and account information shown in the product or related documentation at the time of use. Third-party provider behavior can affect cost, timing, availability, and output.
7. Suspension and termination
SJolt may suspend or limit access if activity creates security, abuse, billing, legal, or operational risk, or if these terms are violated.
8. Disclaimers
SJolt is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SJolt does not provide warranties about uninterrupted availability, model behavior, generated output quality, or fitness for a particular use.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as SJolt changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
